CTEX 5510 is specially Modified Polysaccharide/ CarboxyMethyl Tamarind developed for Printing on Polyester and Polyester Blended Fabrics with disperse Dye stuffs followed by super-heated steam fixation (170 – 180oC).

In well cleaned container take 90 Kg cold water and add 10 Kg powder gradually under constant high speed stirring for 30 minutes. Uniformity of paste should be observed.  Then leave this stock paste for 3-4 hours (Swelling Time) for hydration. To reduce the Swelling time use mild warm water. Stir the stock paste well before use. All the required auxiliaries to be added after complete swelling time.

Note 

  • Do not mix the product with Gum Arabic and Crystal Gum. Also Coagulation in Tannin and Borate.

Storage and Shelf life: Sealed bags under cool dry and cleaned conditions for 6 months.
